Privacy notice

Last updated 1 July 2026.

This notice explains what information Discreetize collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short because we collect very little.

What we collect

We collect the details you choose to send us — your name, work email, company, role, industry and message — when you submit the contact form or email us directly. We do not require any of this beyond a work email and a message so we can reply.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and arrange a technical walkthrough. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Contact-form submissions are delivered to us through a third-party form provider that transmits the message to our inbox. Email you send us is handled by our email provider. These providers process the data only to deliver your message.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add privacy- respecting analytics in future, we will update this notice first.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our records, and remove it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us. Email support@discreetize.ai and we will action reasonable requests.
